Hi, I'm Muhammad Haseeb.

I build internet products and backend systems built to last.

Seven years in Python and AWS, from first ship to half a million users. I lead architecture at Xref and write here about engineering, indie projects, and ideas worth keeping.

Philosophy

I build the unglamorous parts of software, the pipelines, the services, the infrastructure, the bits no one celebrates until they're broken. Then I make sure they don't break.

I've done this at startups still finding their feet and at companies serving hundreds of thousands of users. I've led teams, migrated warehouses, cut deploys from days to an hour, and kept shipping side projects because I genuinely enjoy building things.

I like clean code, but I care more about the person reading it at 2am. Good systems should be kind to whoever comes after you.
